State police: Brinkley man kills father, robs grandmother

Authorities are looking for a Monroe County man who is suspected of killing his father and robbing his grandmother at gunpoint.

Dustin Burrow, 29, of Brinkley is suspected of killing his father, Carl Burrow, 62, outside his father’s home on Burrow Lane, just west of Brinkley, Arkansas State Police officials said in a statement. Burrow is also wanted by state police in the aggravated robbery of his grandmother, Vaudean Burrow.

Carl Burrow’s body was discovered inside his barn on his property, authorities said.

State police are still searching for Dustin Burrow, who they said may be driving a brown 2007 Chevrolet pickup with the license plate 534 KTB. Burrow is 5-foot-7 and weighs 160 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes, authorities said.

Anyone who sees Dustin Burrow or knows his whereabouts is asked contact the nearest Arkansas State Police office or their local law enforcement agency.
