Bob Woodward to visit UA, Fayetteville library

Bob Woodward, the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist who helped expose the Watergate scandal, will visit the University of Arkansas and the Fayetteville Public Library in April, according to a news release.

He will be the keynote speaker at the University's Journalism Days, speaking at 7 p.m. April 9 in the Hillside Auditorium. He will speak at 7 p.m. April 10 at Fayetteville Public Library as part of the FPL Author Series, according to the news release.

Both appearances will be free and public.

“No living reporter has had greater impact on informing Americans about political culture in our country than Bob Woodward,” Larry Foley, chairman of the Lemke Department of Journalism, said in the news release. “Having Mr. Woodward come to our town, and our campus, is monumental for our students, faculty and community."
