Angela Wilcoxon has been promoted to the position of senior vice president of enterprise risk management for Citizens Bank.

Emily Williams has returned to the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville as director of development for the College of Education and Health Professions. Williams previously served as the director of development for the College of Engineering at the university before joining the Walton Arts Center as its director of corporate relations.
Ozark College has announced the hiring of Nick Lenczycki, who will serve as director of aviation.
