Ride: When the Christmas craziness and hullabaloo have ended, one way to get back to earth is to get out in nature. Pinnacle Mountain State Park offers the chance to do just that with its Holiday Hayride with campfire stories, hot chocolate and a ride through the woods, 3-5 p.m. Dec. 27. Bride: The bridal bonanza returns as the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Bridal Show invades the Statehouse Convention Center, 1-5 p.m. Jan. 18. With vendor booths, contests, workshops, a fashion show, music and giveaways, the show is one-stop shopping for brides to be.
