65th Holly Ball names junior cotillion royalty

The Little Rock Junior Cotillion concluded its 65th season on Jan. 4 with the Holly Ball, held in the ballroom of Robinson Center. Highlights of the evening included the crowning of the queens and kings and the announcement of ninth grade Ideal Girl and Boy. The cotillion is directed by Kathleen Joiner.

Award winners were:

Fifth- grade king and queen: Hank Hatfield, son of Stacy and Kyle Hatfield, and Ashley Jennings, daughter of Allison and Jay Jennings.

Sixth-grade king and queen: Jack McGahee, son of Jenny and Bob McGahee, and Lilly Miller, daughter of Ginger and Eric Miller.

Seventh-grade king and queen: Matthew Findlay, son of April and John Findlay, and Micah Meghreblian, daughter of Toni and David Meghreblian.

Eighth-grade king and queen: Sam Lulky, son of Monica and William Lulky, and Bree Hopper, daughter of Tricia and Chris Hopper.

Ideal Boy and Girl: Jack Curtis, son of Kathy and John Curtis, and Katie Stratton, daughter of Naomi and Chris Stratton.
