Fiber One Protein: The sweetened granola cereal that boasts 6 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per one-cup serving comes in two flavors: Cranberry Almond and Maple Brown Sugar. Honey Bunches of Oats Morning Energy: Add two more to Honey Bunches of Oats’ bunches of flavors: Morning Energy in Cinnamon Crunch and Chocolate Almond Crunch. The whole grain cereals combine crispy flakes with crunchy granola bunches (and, in the case of the chocolate almond, decent not-too-waxy chocolate bits and almond shavings too). The stats of this cereal are nearly identical to Fiber One Protein: 220 calories (260 with milk), 6 grams of protein and 5grams of fiber. Visit postfoods.com.
