What does it do: Made of hard anodized aluminum, Grillgrates sit on top of your old grate and, through a raised rail system, amplifies the heat while blocking flare-ups. Grillgrate panels are 13 ¾ by 5 ¼ -inches wide and link together to create the proper surface size for any size grill. The grates come with a wide-pronged tool that fits between the rails that allows the meat, vegetables, etc., to be lifted off the grill.
