Highway crews will close lanes on Interstate 430 on Wednesday to replace a sign and re-stripe pavement, the Arkansas Department of Highway and Transportation said.
Replacement of a sign on the Shackleford Road overpass will require I-430 North traffic to be reduced to one lane from 9 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday, the department said.
In addition, temporary lane closures around the interchange will be necessary Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting, in order to allow crews to re-stripe the pavement.
Crews will use barrels and warning signs to alert drivers, highway officials added.
