PINE BLUFF - Pine Bluff police have arrested Jason Miller, 30, in connection with the Friday morning killing of a Pine Bluff man found shot to death in a car at the intersection of Saracen and Willow streets.
Taurus Goins, 36, suffered a gunshot wound to his head and was pronounced dead just after 3 a.m., police said.
A motive for the shooting has not been determined, police said.
Miller is from Pine Bluff, police said.
Goins’ death is the second homicide in the city this year.
