Look down (part 1): Signs of spring are beginning to pop out of the ground and that means it’s time for garden and home tours, a steak cook-off and Civil War encampments at the annual Camden Daffodil Festival, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. March 7 and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. March 8. Some festival activities, including the art show and sale, are free, but many of the tours and contests and other activities do have admission fees. “Look Down” (part 2): Desperation, revolution and a lot of singing will fill the Arkansas Repertory Theatre as Les Miserables returns for another run. The popular musical officially opens March 7 and continues through April 6 with performances at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
