Little Rock police say the man pictured is suspected of robbing Tom and Jeans Grocery, 13622 Sardis Road, on Thursday.

Little Rock police are looking for the man who robbed Tom and Jean's Grocery at gunpoint Thursday night.

Officers responded about 7:10 p.m. to the store at 13622 Sardis Road, where a man had entered, showed an employee he had a black handgun and demanded money, according to a Little Rock Police Department report. The robber took an unknown amount of cash from the register and fled on foot, the report states.

An employee told police he saw a tan Nissan Pathfinder in the parking lot before the robbery that was gone shortly thereafter but he didn't know whether the vehicle was tied to the robber.

The robber is described as a white man, aged 25 to 35, 5-foot-10, 180 pounds, wearing a dark-colored Nike hooded sweatshirt and toting a black revolver.

Anyone with information on the robbery is urged to call detective Everett Hopper at (501) 371-4472 or (501) 351-0467.
