Train fire adds fuel to oil-transport debate

WASHINGTON — The train derailment and fire in North Dakota that resulted in the evacuation of a nearby town is expected to trigger more debate about the safety of transporting oil as federal officials review TransCanada’s proposal to build the Keystone XL pipeline.
