LITTLE ROCK — The Clinton Foundation has released its 2014 list of goals for improving health, education and economic conditions through programs in the United States and abroad.

Former President Bill Clinton sent a letter to supporters Tuesday outlining the programs for the year ahead.

The foundation intends to expand a project for U.S. schools that creates healthier learning environments for children and it's working to make it affordable for homeowners and businesses to update energy systems so they reduce greenhouse-gas emissions.

Clinton said the group is increasing treatment for HIV/AIDS patients in developing countries and expanding a farm project to Tanzania.

The foundation is also working to provide job training to 20,000 low-income workers in Colombia over the coming 10 years.
