Two separate wrecks are causing stop-and-go traffic on two different Arkansas interstates Friday afternoon.

One accident on Interstate 40 west near the Mayflower exit was reported about 3:15 p.m. to the Arkansas State Police, an agency dispatcher said. No injuries have been reported and the accident has been "moved off the highway," the dispatcher said.

It was not immediately known how many vehicles were involved in that wreck or how it occurred.

A separate wreck involving at least two vehicles occurred on Interstate 30 west near Broadway about 3:55 p.m., which state troopers are still working to clear the scene, an Arkansas State Police dispatcher said.

Minor injuries were reported in the wreck, but it was not immediately known how many people were injured, the dispatcher said. It also was not immediately clear how the accident occurred.
