A section of Arkansas 70 near Interstate 440 will be blocked off due to a utility pole was knocked down on Saturday morning, the North Little Rock Police Department said in a statement.

A vehicle wreck is causing a section of Arkansas 70 near Interstate 440 to be blocked off from motorists on Saturday morning, the North Little Rock Police Department said in a statement.

The department said shortly before 8 a.m. that a utility pole is also down. A small area of Arkansas 70 between Valentine Road and Interstate 440 should be blocked off from motorists until noon.

Phone calls to the North Little Rock Police Department spokesman seeking information about the accident were not immediately returned.
