Memphis police are searching for two men wanted in a pair of Jan. 20 killings.

Sydney Jackson, 22, is wanted on a first-degree murder warrant in a shooting at the Bent Tree Apartments, 3471 W. Briarpark Drive. Officers were called there about 12:45 p.m. Jan. 20 and found 32-year-old Corteras Wilburn suffering from a gunshot wound, police said. He had been shot after an argument and was taken to the Regional Medical Center, where he died.

At 1:05 p.m. that day, officers responded to the Southern Pine Apartments, 1910 Asa Drive, and found William Jennings, 60, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was standing in front of the apartments and was shot "in retaliation for an earlier altercation," Memphis police said. Jennings was also taken to The Med, where he died.

Authorities have issued a first-degree murder arrest warrant for Derrick Robinson, 33, in that shooting.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jackson or Robinson is asked to call CrimeStoppers at (901) 528-2274.
