LR district seeking dismissal of charter-school challenge

Attorneys for the Little Rock School District and the class of black students known as the Joshua intervenors have asked the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis to dismiss their legal challenge to the state-approved establishment of independently operated charter schools in Pulaski County.
