If you’re a fan of fast-food breakfast sandwiches but want a less expensive, better for-you option, look no further than the Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker.
The compact machine is designed to make an egg and-muffin type sandwich in about five minutes. It’s easy to operate, and cleanup is a breeze.
So how does it work?
Pick a bread. Anything that will fit into a 4-inch hole will work, whether it’s an English muffin, biscuit, croissant or small pancake. Then pick your meat, and cheese if you want it. As for the egg, you can use a fresh whole one, just the white or a substitute.
Once the machine is thoroughly heated, the ingredients are loaded into its different levels. The egg cooks, the bread toasts, the meat heats and the cheese melts.
After the allotted cooking time, slide out the plate between the egg and meat/cheese portions and gingerly remove the sandwich, being careful not to burn your fingers. The hardest part is waiting for it to cool enough to eat.
