Parts of a motorcycle are loaded onto a wrecker Monday afternoon after a fatal accident involving a tractor-trailer on Sloane Drive in Little Rock. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim of a fatal accident involving a motorcycle and a tractor-trailer Monday afternoon has been identified as 31-year-old Korell Flowers of Little Rock.

A Little Rock police report states that Flowers was traveling east in the 5900 block of Sloane Drive about 1:20 p.m., when he passed another vehicle in a no-passing zone at high speed and struck the cab of a turning tractor-trailer.

Flowers was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the tractor-trailer wasn't injured, according to the report.
