No pay until justices rule, gay-nuptials lawyers told

The lawyers who are challenging Arkansas' ban on same-sex marriage must wait until after the state Supreme Court decides the case before seeking to have the government pay their expenses for pursuing the lawsuit, Pulaski County Circuit Judge Chris Piazza ruled Wednesday.
