A North Little Rock woman is accused of pushing her husband out of a vehicle and then running him over after an argument, police say.

Josephine Moore-Miller, 53, was arrested Wednesday night on a charge of aggravated assault on a family or household member. She remained in the Pulaski County jail Thursday morning with bail not yet set.

According to a North Little Rock police arrest report, officers found the victim in the 600 block of Water Street with injuries to his leg. He told investigators that Moore-Miller "pushed him out of the vehicle and ran over his leg," the report said.

A witness in the area told investigators he saw the driver, Moore-Miller, punch the man in the face and kick him out of the vehicle. He added that she then "proceeded to reverse the vehicle and ran over" her husband's leg, the report said.

Authorities found Moore-Miller at a residence on Blossom Street, where she told investigators that her husband was intoxicated and had slapped her before she told him to get out of the car, police said. She "wasn't sure if she hit him with her vehicle," the report noted.

A separate police incident report said the victim was "extremely intoxicated" and unable to give a clear statement when officers first arrived. He was taken to a local hospital.
