The ramp from southbound Interstate 430 to eastbound Interstate 630 will be closed late Wednesday into early Thursday morning.
The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said crews would shut the ramp from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. to hang overhead signs.
A detour will send motorists to Shackleford Road to get to I-630 during the seven-hour closure.
The work, part of the ongoing Big Rock Interchange project in the area, had been scheduled for Tuesday but was pushed back a day because of rain.
The large work zone has been the site of a number of traffic shifts and detours during the $124 million project. It's expected to be completed next year.
