TAC Air announced Tuesday that it has entered into an agreement with Supermarine of Little Rock LLC to purchase the assets of its fixed-base operation at Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport.
The transaction is expected to be completed in August, and will expand the TAC Air network into 14 total locations, TAC's website states. Terms of the agreement are not being released.
TAC Air currently has locations in Fort Smith and Texarkana. The operation will provide fueling, hangar space and ground handling services as a part of the TAC Air network, the website states.
