Police charity to repay state consumers $120,000

A settlement Tuesday by the state attorney's general's office will result in a New Jersey-based police charity paying $120,000 in restitution to consumers who were falsely led to believe that their contributions would benefit emergency responders in Arkansas, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel announced.
