TeleTech Holdings Inc. will open a new customer call center in Jonesboro in August, creating more than 150 jobs, the Englewood, Colo.-based company said.
TeleTech announced Thursday plans to open the new service center at 2908 S. Caraway Road, the second site TeleTech has opened in Arkansas in the past year. It opened a Sherwood location in June.
With the new Jonesboro location, TeleTech will initially employ 400 people total in Arkansas, the company said. Both sites have the potential to grow to accommodate up to 1,000 new positions total, TeleTech said.
TeleTech is already hiring for the new site, which will support a leading health care insurance company, and are specifically looking for customer experience representatives, team leads, trainers, recruiters, technical assistance and IT specialists, operations managers and facilities staff members.
