The sentence also requires Gideon Paul Gulledge to register as a sex offender, deputy prosecutor Robby Jones told Circuit Judge Leon Johnson.

Represented by attorney Bill James, Gulledge pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

The punishment will run concurrently with the sentence Gulledge received in Saline County Circuit Court last week after pleading guilty to two counts of engaging a child in explicit conduct for use in a visual medium. He received a sentence of 10 years in prison to be followed by a 10-year suspended sentence, court records show.

Court filings show Gulledge was arrested Feb. 1, 2013, by deputies from Saline and Pulaski counties investigating the complaint of the parents of a 16-year-old Hensley boy who had discovered that Gulledge had sent the teen nude video and pictures of himself.

The parents told authorities they became suspicious of their son's relationship with Gulledge after a friend told them the man had asked her 15-year-old daughter for nude photographs, according to court records.

The boy said he began exchanging text messages with Gulledge at age 15, and the man had asked for pictures and video. The boy told investigators that Gulledge had sent him nude pictures and video, including a video of himself masturbating, court records show. The boy had three videos of Gulledge nude in the shower, police said. He said Gulledge had filmed him using the man's shower at his Lobo Lane home in Little Rock.

During the February 2013 search of Gulledge's home, investigators found seven videos of the boy in the shower and 19 videos of Gulledge showing "inappropriate activity," court records show. Among those activities were Gulledge showing his genitals to the teen and Gulledge and other teens masturbating to pornography.

According to court records, Gulledge said he'd met the boy through church and admitted he had recorded videos and pictures of the boy in his home and that he knew the teen's age.
