The bride is the daughter of Paula and Frank Herbert Parke III of Little Rock. She is the granddaughter of Ann Blair and Frank Herbert Parke Jr., also of Little Rock, and Georgia and the late Charles Edward Green Jr. of Conway.

Cindy and Thomas Byron Staley of Little Rock are the parents of the groom. He is the grandson of Mary Louise and Judge John Ward and the late Harrell Thompson, all of North Little Rock, and the late Lillian and B. Byron Staley, also of Little Rock.

The altar held an arrangement of white foxtail lilies, cream and green hydrangeas, white lilies, roses and jasmine vine. Music was by the Christ Episcopal Church Choir and organist Steven Bullock. Readers were Logan Parke of Little Rock, cousin of the bride, and Daniel Ekpe of London.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a sleeveless ivory ball gown with a lace bodice embellished with pearls and crystals and a gathered silk cummerbund at the waist. The skirt extended to a cathedral-length train. She carried a bouquet of blush and cream garden roses, creamy white hydrangeas with sprays of white orchids and jasmine vine.

Matron of honor was Mary Katherine Hastings of Little Rock, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Margaret Schloss of Fayetteville; Sarah Gibson, Erin Baskin and Rachel Arnold, all also of Little Rock; Emily Gafford of Prairie Village, Kan.; and Jennifer Grinnan of Dallas. Junior bridesmaid was Anna Virginia Green-Rousos of Baltimore, cousin of the bride. They wore blush-colored gowns of crinkle chiffon with gathered bodices and carried bouquets of roses, green hydrangeas, berries, dusty miller and maidenhair fern.

Flower girl was Eva Madeline Goda of Purcellville, Va., cousin of the bride. Ring bearers were Jonathan Alexander Goda of Purcellville and Henry Michael Lee and James Russell Lee, both of Fairfax, Va., and William Basil Green-Rousos of Baltimore, all cousins of the bride; and Charles Hardin Hastings of Little Rock, nephew of the bride.

Brad Staley of Little Rock served as his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Chandler Barron, Lawrence Salerno and David Thieke, all of Dallas, Paul Lincicome of North Little Rock, Tyler McClendon of Memphis and Kelvin Stroud of Washington.

Guests were seated by Haynes Riley of Minneapolis , Hunter Riley of North Little Rock and Peter Gallagher of London.

A reception at the Country Club of Little Rock followed the ceremony. Tables alternated arrangements of orchids, hydrangeas, roses and berries in white glazed vases with arrangements of roses and hydrangeas in silver mercury glasses. The cake was placed on an antique tablecloth that belongs to the bride's grandmother. Music was by the Dance Street Band of Memphis.

The bride graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication disorders from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and was a member of Pi Beta Phi. She graduated with honors and a diploma in nursing from Baptist Health School of Nursing. She is a critical-care registered nurse at Baptist Health Medical Center.

The groom graduated magna cum laude from the university with a bachelor's degree in international economics and was a member of Phi Delta Theta. He graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business in Dallas with a master's degree in business administration. He is an investment banker at Stephens Inc.

The couple will reside in Little Rock after a wedding trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
