Correction

In Wednesday's editorial column, we quoted a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, one Holly Dickson. It turns out we'd quoted her wrong--by 10 percent. We'd said she'd guesstimated that 90 percent of the ballots thrown out in Arkansas' last election because of the new voter ID law were cast by registered voters.

The correct percentage of those invalid ballots, according to Counselor Dickson, would be 100 percent.
