The bride is the daughter of Debbie and Joe Longacre of Horatio. Her grandparents are Delitha and James Clowdis of Winthrop and the late Martha and Grady Longacre of De Queen.

Cheryl and Dr. Louis Sessions, 12 Iron Horse Road, are the parents of the groom. He is the grandson of the late Lenora and A.B. Harville of Bossier City, La., and the late Jeannine and William Sessions of Lake Village.

For the ceremony, arrangements of white and light blue hydrangeas, peach garden roses and white peonies were tied to aisle chairs.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory lace gown. The fitted bodice was embellished with embroidery and had a scalloped V-shaped neckline, sheer lace at the shoulders and a pleated silk waistband. The A-line skirt, appliqued with lace, extended to a chapel-length train. Her bouquet was filled with white and blue hydrangeas, peonies, peach garden roses and dusty miller.

Matron of honor was Kandie Gingras of Rockwall, Texas, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mattie Harris of Fayetteville, Candace Rodman of Columbia, Mo., and Dr. Afton Cooper of Little Rock. They wore knee-length silk chiffon dresses, each with a slightly different bodice in muted shades of pink, turquoise and lavender. They carried all-white bouquets of hydrangeas and garden roses.

Flower girls were Ellie Gingras of Rockwall, niece of the bride, and Adelyn Moore of Little Rock, niece of the groom.

Eric Sessions of Little Rock served as his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Conor Murphy of New York, Alex Spisak of Boston and Stephen Young, also of Little Rock. Guests were seated by Taylor Moore, also of Little Rock, Will Wright of Fayetteville, Patrick Long of San Diego, Brendan Frazier of and Nashville, Tenn., and Alex Bloom of Charlotte, N.C.

A reception at Loft 1023 followed the ceremony. Centerpieces included arrangements of curly willow and seeded eucalyptus with large white hydrangeas, garden roses and spray roses. Assisting with the guest book was Lauren Altenbaumer.

The bride has a bachelor's degree in biology from University of Central Arkansas in Conway and a medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a family medicine resident physician with Methodist Charlton Medical Center, Dallas.

The groom has a bachelor's degree in government from Harvard University and a medical degree from UAMS. He is an anesthesiology resident physician with University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.

After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple will reside in Dallas.
