A Bald Knob man accused of assaulting his wife then fatally shooting her father last month has been taken into custody.
White County sheriff’s Chief Deputy Phillip Miller confirmed Monday that Robert Draft, 50, was taken into custody near Detroit.
Miller said he couldn’t confirm which law enforcement agency took Robert Draft into custody on Monday, but said Draft would go through an extradition process and eventually come back to Arkansas.
Draft is being charged with first-degree murder and felony domestic battery.
