Man wanted in April shooting arrested

A man accused of shooting and killing a Little Rock man in April was taken into custody on Wednesday and charged with first-degree murder, police say.

Tommie Ice, 24, was transported to the homicide offices of the Little Rock Police Department after he was located on Reservoir Road in Little Rock by members of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Ice refused to waive his rights and give a statement, Little Rock Police Department spokesman Lt. Sidney Allen said in an email.

He was charged with first-degree murder and was taken to the Pulaski County jail.

Ice is accused of shooting Lenard Montgomery, 25, on April 18 at a southwest Little Rock apartment complex after an argument escalated into gunfire.
