A gunman escaped with cash Monday after firing his weapon multiple times during a robbery of a Little Rock gaming store.
It happened about 12:45 p.m. at the Game X Change at 3412 S. University Ave.
Police on scene described the gunman as a black man in his 20s and said he fled north from the store after getting an undisclosed amount of cash. The robber, who was reported to have been wearing a mask, fired his gun several times but struck no one, police on the scene said.
Two police cars were parked outside, and officers were posted at the doors and inside the business at 1:10 p.m., telling would-be customers it would likely stay closed for another hour.
No arrests have been made.
