Overnight lane closures will be required for improvements to U.S. 425 in Monticello next week, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
Crews will resurface 2.9 miles of U.S. 425 between Henley Drive to just south of Deerfield Drive in Monticello, reducing north and southbound traffic to one lane.
The overnight lane closures will begin Monday and continue through July 2. The first week of work will run between 7 p.m and 7 a.m. each day, and the work schedule will shift to between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. starting June 23.
