A two-vehicle accident Friday afternoon near Maumelle delayed traffic on Interstates 40 and 430 for over three hours, but police say no one was injured.
Arkansas State Police said the wreck occurred shortly before 1:40 p.m. just before the Morgan/Maumelle exit and involved a dump truck and a tractor-trailer hauling logs. The tractor-trailer overturned, spilling its load, but no one suffered injuries.
Police said the wreckage had been moved to the shoulder and all lanes were open as of 2:40 p.m.
As of 4:40 p.m., the Arkansas Online live traffic map still showed major delays on I-40 westbound as far east as the Camp Robinson exit in North Little Rock and I-430 northbound as far south as Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock.

When are the Troopers going to start cracking down on these out of control truck drivers? How many people have to die before they figure out the truck drivers are texting, or doing something else while driving!
