The final public performance at Little Rock’s Robinson Center Music Hall, West Markham Street and Broadway, before the hall shuts down for a two-year renovation will be St. Luke Baptist Church’s The Sounds of Gospel, 6 p.m. Sunday. Talented artists will display their one-of-a-kind creations at the Arkansas Sculpture Invitational Show and Sale at Argenta Community Theater, 405 Main St., North Little Rock. It begins with a preview reception with hors d’oeuvres and cash bar, 6-9 p.m. Friday. The show opens again 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. “Explore Arkansas,” an exhibit of “phoneography,” 30 photos exclusively taken with and edited on mobile devices (out of approximately 200 submitted by 65 artists), goes on display at 5 p.m. Friday at Mugs Cafe, 515 Main St., North Little Rock, as part of the Argenta Arts & Entertainment District’s monthly ArtWalk. Tommy Wallace, associate pastor at Family Life Bible Church in Conway, and the man behind the @ArkMoPhs (Arkansas Mobile Phoneographers) account on Instagram, organized the exhibit.
