Little Rock galleries are trading old exhibits for new with major openings this weekend. The Arkansas Arts Center, 501 E. Ninth St., Little Rock, welcomes the 56th annual Delta Exhibition. Also, the center hosts "Susan Paulsen: Wilmot," a collection of photographs documenting the southeast Arkansas town from 1995 to 2012. Both exhibits open to the public Friday and remain on display through Sept. 28. Exhibit admission is free. A reception for members will be 6:30-8:30 p.m. today. Las Vegas performer Dave Hoover will offer his tribute to Elvis Presley at 7 p.m. today and Friday at the Argenta Community Theater, 405 Main St., North Little Rock. Friday night's show will also include an Elvis look-alike contest. Opening act and master of ceremonies is Roger Robinson, former baritone of the Stamps Quartet. Tickets are $25, $50 for limited VIP seating at tables of four close to the stage, a special meet-and-greet with Hoover, a copy of his latest CD, a signature scarf and signed photo. The Center for Artistic Revolution will hold its 10th annual Corazon: The Art of the Heart silent auction at 7 p.m. Saturday at Boswell-Mourot Fine Art, 5815 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock. The auction will feature the work of several area artists. The nonprofit helps provide a community center for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youngsters. The Winter Olympics were months ago and the Summer Games don't come around for another two years, but Jacksonville will pay tribute to the games at its annual Olympic Day celebration, 10 a.m. today at the Jacksonville Boys & Girls Club, 1 Boys Club Road.
