TEXARKANA - Police have arrested a second man in a Texarkana shooting last week.
Texarkana police arrested Joel Hill, 21, without incident on Sunday afternoon at the Bi-State Justice Building, spokesman Kristi Mitchell said in a news release. Hill was charged with capital murder in the Locus Street killing of DeMarquis Reeves, 25, on Feb. 25.
Anthony King, 21, was arrested Wednesday and charged with capital murder in the case as well.
