In the first of a series of announcements, Riverfest officials have released the names of three headlining musical acts scheduled to play at this year's festival.
Hank Williams Jr., Buckcherry and Salt-N-Pepa will be among the entertainment at the annual downtown Little Rock music, arts and food festival, according to a statement on the Riverfest website.
Starting Tuesday, officials will announce more headlining artists each Tuesday throughout March until advance, half-price tickets — $20 for a three-day pass — go on sale April 1 at Walgreens stores. Children 6 and under may attend for free.
Riverfest will take place on Memorial Day weekend, May 23 through 25. More information on the festival is available at http://www.riverfestarkansas.com.
