The Little Rock Film Festival, in collaboration with the Central Arkansas Library System, will offer a special screening of the 1981 film comedy Stripes to honor the film’s late writer-director-co-star Harold Ramis, 7 p.m. today in the Ron Robinson Theater, Arcade Building, President Clinton and River Market avenues, Little Rock.
Judge Reinhold, who made his film debut playing Pvt. Elmo Blum, alongside Ramis, Bill Murray, John Candy and Sean Young, will attend and discuss his role after the screening.
The film is rated R for sexuality, nudity, language and drug use. Tickets are $5; soft drinks, popcorn and other concessions will be available in the lobby for $1. Seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Visit LittleRockFilmFestival.org.
