Sarah Holloway, 29, was held in the Sharp County jail and will be charged with armed robbery and theft of property, said Sharp County Sheriff Mark Counts.

A woman wearing a black ski mask and a gray, hooded sweatshirt entered the First National Banking Company on Santee Drive with a handgun about 9:15 a.m. Thursday, police said. She took an undisclosed amount of cash, Counts said.

A witness at the bank reported seeing the woman drive away in a black Ford Expedition.

Cherokee Village Police Chief Rick Crook found the vehicle in Hardy on Thursday, Counts said in a news release, and Holloway was arrested.

On Friday, Holloway took Arkansas State Police investigators and Sharp County deputies to an area where the stolen money was recovered, Counts said in the release.
