Second brother gets life term for El Chico slaying, robbery

Convicted of capital murder and aggravated robbery, 25-year-old Kiywuan Perry will follow his 21-year-old brother to prison for the rest of his life for killing a waiter during an April 2012 holdup at the Mexican restaurant where all three men worked.
