Civil-rights forum set at OBU library

Henderson State University’s Huie Library is sponsoring a panel discussion Monday at Ouachita Baptist University on the civil-rights movement in Arkansas and the film Freedom Riders. The free event, which is part of a series titled “Created Equal: America’s Civil Rights Struggle,” will start at 6 p.m. in the Riley-Hickingbotham Library.
