Traffic on U.S. 67/167 northbound is moving slowly Monday afternoon as officials move an 18-wheeler.

The truck, buried in the mud near Cabot, has traffic backed up between the Little Rock Air Force Base in Jacksonville and Cabot.

The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said about 1:15 p.m. that traffic was starting to move again. Shortly after 2 p.m., the department said all lanes had reopened.
