One robber armed with a gun and a second armed with a knife held up a Family Dollar store in Little Rock on Monday night, police said.

It happened about 8:40 p.m. at the shop at 3409 Baseline Road.

According to a Little Rock police report, an employee reported the assailants each demanded and received cash from different store registers.

The two robbers then fled out the northeast front door, the report noted. They are described as black men in their mid- to late teens. One stood 5-foot-11, weighed about 140 pounds and wore a black-and-gray striped coat and black jeans. The other stood 5-foot-9, weighed about 140 pounds and wore a blue hoodie, a black coat and red sweatpants.

No arrests have been made.

This crime organization is inefficient. One man and one gun can rob two dollar store registers in the same amount of time. They're right next to each other. You have to work smart to make it these days. Now two people have to get away with it.
