A Sebastian County man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for child pornography charges.
Attorney General Dustin McDaniel announced Monday that 30-year-old Joshua David Peters of Lavaca pleaded guilty last week to four counts of distributing, possessing or viewing child porn. Investigators confiscated four laptop computers, a phone and other electronic evidence when they arrested Peters last April.
Sebastian County Circuit Judge Michael Fitzhugh also sentenced Peters to a suspended sentence of 15 years.
