Little Rock police search for Iberia Bank robbery suspect

— Little Rock police are looking for a man accused of robbing the Iberia Bank at 4900 W. Markham St. on Monday afternoon.

Lt. Sidney Allen, spokesman for the Little Rock Police Department, said in a statement that the robbery happened before 4 p.m.

The suspect, described as a young, black male wearing a red hoodie, displayed a note to the teller that demanded money, Allen said.

Although the man was armed, no one was injured during the robbery.

It wasn't immediately known how or in what direction the man fled after the robbery, Allen said.
