Wedding vows were exchanged by Dr. Tiffany Nicole Mattingly and Marcus Rachard Bobo at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 22, in Trinity United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Betsy Singleton Snyder officiating.

Parents of the bride are Ruth and the Rev. Burle Mattingly of Hot Springs Village.

The groom is the son of the late Juanita and Atkins Bobo of Grand Blanc, Mich.

The entrance to the church was decorated with lavender wreaths. The altar was centered with an arrangement of bells of Ireland, white gladiolas, white and green roses, purple stock and green hypericum. Music was by organist David Glaze and soloist Dina Rail, who sang “Ave Maria.”

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an A-line white satin strapless gown embellished with beaded lace. The split-back skirt had a beaded lace inlay and chapel train. She carried a bouquet of green hydrangeas, green roses, purple freesia, purple stock, lisianthus and purple miniature calla lilies.

Tori Moss of Cabot and Dr. Ashley Weinhold of St. Louis served as the bride’s honor attendants. Bridesmaids were Rachel McKelvy of Little Rock, Alisha Hall of Fort Smith, Brianna Chapman of San Marcos, Texas, and Clara Chapman of Nevada, Texas, all nieces of the bride.

They wore purple chiffon dresses in the style of their choice and carried bouquets of purple and green hydrangeas, stock, roses and carnations.

Flower girl was Avery Esmaeilpour of Little Rock and ring bearer was Michael Hall of Fort Smith.

Bill Plunkett of Little Rock was best man. Thomas Brown was groomsman.

Guests were seated by Tim McKelvy of Little Rock and Larry Hall of Fort Smith.

A reception at the Copper Grill followed the ceremony. Tables were covered with black linens with teal table runners and candles in hurricane shades in wreaths of flowers and peacock feathers. A large arrangement of purple hydrangeas and peacock feathers was on the buffet table.

The bride graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is a resident psychiatrist at UAMS.

The groom has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Baker College of Business in Flint, Mich. He is employed in health services at Arkansas State Hospital and is owner of Marcus Rachard Photography.

After a honeymoon in New Orleans, the couple will reside in Little Rock.
