Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church was the setting at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 22, for the marriage of Tracy Denise Keiser and William Everett Slabaugh. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Britt Skarda.

The bride is the daughter of Cheryl and Dr. John Frazier Glenn of Brunswick, Md., and Randell Louis Keiser of Coral Springs, Fla. Her grandparents are the late Virginia and Cecil Thad Martin of Columbia, S.C., the late William Henry Keiser of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Kathern Laverne Keiser of Tallahassee, Fla.

Parents of the groom are Brenda and William Maurice Smith III and Michelle and Robert Michael Slabaugh, all of Wynne. He is the grandson of John Albert Brenner, the late Trilby Joyce Brenner, the late Simon “Bill” Slabaugh and the late Marie Fitzgerald Slabaugh, all of Parkin.

Swags of seeded eucalyptus and ferns were placed on the exterior railings of the church. Music was by organist Jim Maase and vocalist David Hill of Wynne, who sang “Ave Maria” and “The Lord’s Prayer.”

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a fit-and-flare-style gown of ivory Alencon lace. The bodice had an illusion neckline, cap sleeves and a sheer lace back. A belt with silver metallic thread and crystals was tied at the waist. She carried a bouquet of ivory and white peonies and garden roses.

Matron of honor was Lauren Ray Jeffords of Washington, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lauren Slabaugh of Little Rock, twin sister of the groom, and Alexis Leah Skipper of Salley, S.C., cousin of the bride. They wore champagne chiffon gowns with ivory crocheted bodices and carried bouquets of blush, champagne and white roses, white ranunculus, sweet pea, lisianthus, seeded eucalyptus and jasmine vine.

Flower girl was Sophie Jane Slabaugh of Memphis, niece of the groom.

Stephen Michael Slabaugh of Memphis served as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were the father of the groom and John Brenner, grandfather of the groom. Guests were seated by Phillip Brick of Little Rock; Stan Luker of Washington; Reece Smith of Oxford, Miss.; and Wade Westmoreland and Quinten Whiteside, both of Fayetteville.

A reception at the Capital Hotel followed the ceremony. Arrangements of roses, peonies, anemones, white astilbe, sweet pea and seeded eucalyptus were placed throughout the mezzanine. During the cocktail hour music was by pianist Adam Levin of Memphis. Az Izz from Atlanta provided the music for the remainder of the evening.

The bride is a graduate of Auburn University, from which she received a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She is a receptionist at Pure Barre.

The groom graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor’s degree in international business. He is a restaurant stock analyst at Stephens Inc.

The couple will live in Little Rock after a honeymoon in St. Lucia.
