— Jimmy Dykes will make $450,000 per year as head coach of the Arkansas women's basketball program.

Dykes, who was hired Sunday after spending two decades as an ESPN commentator, signed a four-year letter of agreement with the Razorbacks that runs through the 2017-18 season. Dykes' job at Arkansas is his first as a women's coach, first as a head coach and first coaching position on the college level since working as an assistant for the Oklahoma State men in 1991.

As part of his agreement with the university, Dykes could be paid up to $325,000 per year in athletic incentives and up to $12,000 per year in academic incentives.

Dykes also stands to make $10,000 for 1,500 season tickets sold or $20,000 for 2,000 or more season tickets sold. He will make an additional $20,000 if Arkansas averages 5,000 or more tickets sold per game in a season.

Tom Collen, who was fired as the Razorbacks' coach earlier this month after seven seasons, made $415,691 annually. He will be paid $250,000 for two years as part of his buyout with the university, according to The Associated Press.

$450,000! Are you serious???? There aren't 3,000 people at a women's Razorback game! Many large H.S.'s have more fans. This is where title 9 makes no sense.
