Arkansas 365 traffic is open again through Mayflower, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
The highway had been shut after the Faulkner County city sustained heavy damage in Sunday's deadly EF4 tornado.
The highway department said Friday that the road reopened after utility crews finished working on repairing power lines in the area.
U.S. 64B in Vilonia also reopened Friday, according to the department.
The Arkansas Online live traffic map showed traffic moving slowly along U.S. 64B in Vilonia and on Interstate 40 between Maumelle and Mayflower as of 2 p.m.
